Return Policy

Our goal is to bring joy to our customers.  If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please let us know as soon as possible.  We do allow returns in the following circumstances:

Eligibility for Returns:

Items purchased from Color Me Happy Fiber Arts are eligible for return within 30 days of the purchase date with the original receipt. 

Items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in their original packaging. Yarns that have been wound, balled or caked are not eligible for return or exchange. Once we receive your returned item, it will be thoroughly inspected to ensure it meets our return policy criteria. 

Returning a product to us does not guarantee a refund if the product is determined to have been used, damaged, or missing original packaging. If the item returned is damaged, we will not be able to issue a refund.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow up to 10 business days for processing.

Clearance and sale items are not eligible for return. No returns on tools or patterns.

Return Process:

To initiate a return for an online purchase:

  1. Please contact us at info@colormehappyfiberarts.com with your order number and the items you intend to return.

  2. Include a copy of your original receipt or proof of purchase inside the package. Note that we cannot refund initial shipping costs, and return shipping is paid by the customer.

For in-person purchase, please bring the merchandise with original receipt to the studio.
